dumb question :

are my shift notes viewable by ALL?

or can they just remain private?
and can they be shared by other team members only?

thanks

Hi Arthur,

first of all, thanks for your questions. As mentioned in this page we prefer getting questions in the discussion list (+ we are working on a new § site that will also include forums).

Concerning your question. The current default state of a shift is “public” and by clicking the circle to the left of the shift line in the console you can make it private.

In the next release (§ 0.11) you will be able to set your own default state, it is arguable that the default state should be private for all shifts, you are more than welcomed to make that argument on our list.

A ‘Groups’ feature is something we definitely intend to develop and that is too an issue discussed on our lists as you can see read here:

I encourage you again to join our list and let us know how would you imagine ShiftSpace’s development.

cheers,

Mushon
